Reservations and Cancellations

100% deposit is required for stays of one night. (One night stays Monday-Thursday only)
A 50% deposit is required for stays of two or more days.
If the deposit is not received within ten days after the reservation is made, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice.
A 20% cancellation fee will be charged if the cabin is not rerented and cancelled less than 30 days prior to the rental day.
Notification of cancellation required via Telephone prior to your arrival date.

Security Deposits

A credit card is required for security and damage deposits. A $100.00 security deposit is required and will be removed from your card within 30 business days upon inspection. We accept most major credit cards.
